How we work
We approach each assignment with an open mind and get to grips with the nature and requirements of the project – assessing the objectives, limitations, and budget.
At Coles Grant & Jones we believe in an integrative mechanical and electrical engineering approach, working closely with architects, contractors, and end users, asking the right questions from the outset, so that every requirement and eventuality is carefully considered to gain a real understanding of the building’s projected needs and usage. Only when we know exactly how the building will be used can we start to consider all the relevant options and recommend the most suitable solutions.
Budget and timing considerations are also taken into account, as well as the most efficient use of the latest green technology engineering to minimise energy usage and the environmental impact.
For building services design in Birmingham, we offer a complete design and installation service, which makes the project run much more smoothly and economically.
Our design and installation teams work closely together, assessing any potential areas of concern from the start, and throughout the project. Our staff are all incredibly experienced and know how to address any potential issues, maximise the budget, and plan the timings accordingly.
