Newman University, Birmingham

Newman University, in Bartley Green, South Birmingham have brought forward new proposals to further develop its campus.

The existing Sturge Building is to be extensively re-modelled, incorporating a new atrium area, central lecture theatres and IT rooms. Additionally, a new 108 bedroom accommodation block is to be constructed.

Morgan Sindall have approached CGJ Services to work with themselves and Stewart Associates to engineer a revised scheme that would fall within the client’s available budget, whilst meeting the requirements of the University.

The project is due to be completed Autumn 2017.
