CGJ Services have recently completed works for the above project, located on Lower High Street, Cradley Heath.

The project is a three storey teaching block comprising workshops for construction, trades, digital, and health and social care. The practical spaces have been designed to reflect real working environments. These are all linked by a centralised open atrium with a reception and breakout space for study and discussions

A coffee shop / snack café is situated adjacent to the main entrance.

Staff and teaching spaces have been fitted with data and small power outlets as required, with domestic water services to all sanitary and catering appliances.

An air source heat pump array is located on the roof to provide LPHW heating via ducted hybrid ventilation units in the main spaces and radiators in transitory areas.

The building is ventilated by hybrid mechanical ventilation fan units in teaching spaces, providing a mixture of natural and mechanical ventilation and dedicated mechanical heat recovery ventilation to toilet areas.

All spaces utilise LED lighting. A PV array is situated on the roof to generate electricity for the site.

Charging points for electric vehicles were installed in the car parking area.

The project was competed in Winter 2025 for opening in January 2026.
