CGJ were engaged by Galliford Try Construction to develop a fully integrated services design and installation of Electrical, Mechanical & Public Health Systems from the original cost plan, in line with the requirements of the client representatives.

CGJ worked closely with main contractor and client, to gain a full understanding of the client’s intended use of the building, enabling them to fully concentrate all efforts at the early stages of the design.

This design was developed in conjunction with our awareness of the stringent budget. Careful and economical project management ensured a fully co-ordinated, successfully completed project that fully incorporated the client and end users requirements.
