Walsall Town Centre ~ Old Square Redevelopment

If you are visiting Walsall Town Centre you cannot fail to notice that a major redevelopment is currently taking place.

Part of the existing retail area has already been demolished to make way for new retail outlets amongst which are a new Primark Store & Co-Op.

Coles Grant & Jones have been engaged by Morgan Sindall to provide the Design & Installation of the Mechanical & Electrical Services Package for the common areas of the development.

New installations will be interfaced to the existing systems controlled from the existing Management suite located within the shopping mall.
