CGJ Services have recently completed works for Phase 1 of Leamington Spa Town Hall refurbishment.

The project is intended to make the Grade II listed building more accessible and to transform it into a “Creative Hub,” part of a larger plan to regenerate Leamington’s town centre. The initial phase focuses on restoration, access, and facility upgrades.

Specific works include:

  • Opening up the existing reception area to create a new, welcoming public space.
  • Creating a multi-use area by clearing the building’s main entrance, corridors, and first floor.
  • Constructing a new rear extension to provide improved toilets and an accessible lift.
  • Undertaking necessary internal repairs and fire safety upgrades

Our works consisted of all works to the new rear extension, including all drainage, water services, plus heating, lighting and ventilation, furthermore we were to make alterations and refurbishment to the lighting, power and fire / security services in the public areas to facilitate the proposed modifications.

The works on the site are ongoing as part of the overall project

Our Phase 1 works were completed in Spring 2025.
